    1st Cycle.What to stack deca durabolin with

    ok first off im not gonna be starting my first cycle for a while til im up in weight and dieting properly.but first things first i wanna figure out my first cycle so i can prepare.i already ordered deca durabolin and i need to know what to start my cycle with.whats a good first cycle thats fairly safe but will offer big results i can keep with the proper workouts and diets.before i take anything i need to get my weight up first but il be 180lbs and 5' 10". any suggestions.thanks

    i'm using Test Enanthate with my Deca for my first cycle.

    Probably the suggestion you will hear most because Deca by itself is a bad idea and you will see great gains from Test for your first cycle

    cool thanks for ur input.what are the dosages of each ur going to be taking and for how long.im very vague on AS so i need all the info i can get so i dont do damage.i was just going to do the deca alone and quickly learned it wasnt the way to go

    What are your complete stats Please?? answer ALL the green questions below.

    PCT is the most important part of any cycle. being your first cycle, I would suggest only ONE compound and would prefer you start with Test, but since your not gonna do that, get some Test E to avoid any pee pee problems
    You may also want an AI to take during the cycle to prevent water retention

    alright well go to the pct section and fill yourself with all the knowledge that is there. pct is the #1 part of a cycle

    OK, you are NOT gonna want to listen to this BUT its the truth:

    At yoru age, height, and weight, You do NOT need steroids!!! You need to learn how to eat properly to grow
    At your height, you should try to get to almost 200# naturally before ever considering steroids.
    at your age, 15 lbs could be easily obtained with the right food intake and heavy training.

    Without the proper diet and training, steroids will do you NO good. steroids need the proper amounts of calories in order to do any good.
    I could go on, but I feel you are not gonna listen anyway....good luck with whatever you choose to do.

    There is a world of knowledge here if you really want to learn how to do this correctly.

    i definitely do wanna do this the right way so il try my best.but i dont think theres any way for me to get to 200lbs.i used to be 165lbs and it took a while just to gain 10lbs.i know alot of people my height and even slightly taller who arent 200lbs.what kind of eating suggestions do u have that would help me gain weight cuz i must be doing something wrong if i should be near 200lbs

    yea man you gotta eat way more, i guarantee if you write ur diet out ur not consuming near what you should be. i wasnt and i said the same stuff "i eat alllll the time" etc. spend ur time and money on food not juice, i guarantee u dont need it

    YEs the diet section will help if you will write down an average days food intake and times.

    I suggest eating every 2.5-3 hours
    each meal should contain Complete proteing, low GI carbs and good fats
    If you really want to do it right, then you can start to keep a log of all your calories
    I would guess you should start around 3500/day then increase by 200 calories/week until you notice that the gains are more fat than muscle, then just back off by 200 or so

    This is just an example, hard to give you exact numbers on your diet without knowing some other exact numbers on you.

    here is a typical day for me jsut to give you an idea, and I am 5'11" on a good day and was 220 before I cycled

    meal 1= 2 whole eggs
    10 egg whites all scrambled
    4 oz breakfast steak
    8 oz oatmeal
    1/2 grapefruit

    meal 2 12-14 oz chicken breast with sweet potato

    meal 3 12-16 oz lean steak with 1.5 cups brown rice

    meal 4 usually a meal replacement shake

    meal 5 2 cans tuna fish mixed with fresh salsa

    meal 6 8-12 oz chicken breast with 1 cup brown rice

    If bulking, i usually will add a few peanut butter sandwhiches too

    this is just a average day for me
    I will switch out chicken for salmon, or turkey or any other lean protein

    but minimum 6 meals a day, more if trying to gain lean muscle

    Ive done a lot of research on juice but exactly how much bigger can it get me.My goal is 200lbs.Im currently172lbs 6'0 4000cals 5-6 miles 5days a week.

    It is best to start your own thread to ask YOUR questions instead of "hijacking" someone else's thread

    That way you get MORE responses.

    At 6' tall, you have plenty of room to grow as big as you want if you do it correctly. I am 5'11" and am 230 right now going for 250 by mid winter

    I would not have seen this had I not been subscribed to this thread, but I scan all the new questions all the time so MORE people would see it.

    I would check out the diet forum and you are gonna need to up your calories to get you to grow. I would like to see you get to 200 naturally. That would be better for you to have a better base. i was at 209 before i ever cycled.
