I am 28 years old and weight is 275. Ive been working out for 6 years. I just started a 10 week cycle of deca durabolin. My bench is 275 will i bench over 300 when finished. I eat right 6 meals a day. 275grams of protein a day. Before cycle I was on a bad plateau. I am takeing this deca durabolin by its self.
