    Overtraining and steroids

I understand the concept of overtraining when training naturally. There has been many different ideas on how long to train, like 45 min 5 days a week. What are your guys takes on training on steroids. I'm taking 60mg ED Tbol for 6 weeks. What do you guys think about how long and how much training on gear? Thanks.

Just train very intensly and listen to the body, heavy short intense workouts will produce more mass gains, your body will tell you if your overtraining,

Routine stays the same.. I train Every third day, High Intensity Training. Steroids do not help your CNS (Central nervous system) recover, only your muscle tissue.

interesting I**... u train every third day... can u describe ur routine a lil more... to me this is very important cause im flirting with overtraining constantly cause I train other stuff than BB.. I do 4 times a week routine and then I have BJJ training 3 times a week.. then cardio + standup. This means I basically train everyday BUT I try to have one day off each week... being able to do gym 2-3 times a week only would be very good for me... I mean if I could stil get good results with that..

I'll work on some threads at work today..
Currently working on Pos/Neg/Static failures and preexhaustion techniques.

They are totally against the grain but try one with full intensity and let me know how you feel the day or two after.. I guarantee you won't want to step back in the gym I did chest/shoulders/tri's Tues.. I'm just now feeling better, I felt like sleeping all day yesterday. How's that for a beating on the CNS.

    It varies:

    Chest
    Back/Bis
    Off
    Legs
    shoulders/Tris
    Off
    Off
    Repeat.

Sometimes I'll seperate arms to their own day.

The greatest physiques are built outside of the gym. The gym is simply a way to stimulate growth, something which can be overdone very easily.. the human body was never meant to be put under these kind of stresses, so it rebels by growing bigger/stronger, the nervous system can only take so much before you start getting sick/feeling tired etc.. Once these things are noticable you are already past the point of overtraining, kinda like feeling hungry.. at that point you should've already ate.
