im 19 years old.im 230 pounds,13 percent bodyfat and 6,1 tall.i started work out since i was 14 so i know my body pretty good.i want my cycle next year and i got 10 months left to cycle.1 question/how should i prepare?before cycle i definetly wanna lose fat to 6 to 10 percent.2 question/which steroids shoud i take as novice-i wanna bulk up.3/what should i take post cycle. im gonna use hcg , clomid ,clen, what else should help and how to take them.4/what should i eat.im eating a lot milk product and meat like 2 times a day and im also eating every 2 hours and i alwais make sure i eat 30 grams of protein each meal.do i have to eat more meat?5/i wanna try insulin on cycle and one month after cycle but only after training and only half of dose for me.is it right?THANKS A LOT !
