first off im not sure if i posted this in the right spot, but im on a clen/t3 cycle, trying to shed some fat, im 5'6", 170, looking to cut down to around 155/160, now clen is supposed to have its biggest effects in the first two weeks, its been a week ive lost about 2 lb., is that whats expected, because i seem to do that without the clen/t3, should i be expecting to lose more, what do you guys think? my diets been around 1500 cals.-2200. usually hit around 120-170 grams of protein, fat consumption is very minimal, over the last week ive had one cheta day, carbs are around 80 grams. i excercise about 30 min. a day. should i bump up the excercise, tweek my diet? or just keep going. or am i just expecting too much out of clen/t3, the help would be appreciated, oh and clen is 100 mcg a day, t3 is 80 mcg
