Anymore than this and the pumps become way too intense, which will screw up your track work. Trust me, I've been training for sprinting for years and know a lot of elite level sprinters. Start off with 10mg/day. Avoid winny completely. Ben Johnson actually took it by mistake in replace of furazabol. Winny causes too much connective tissue pain.
MDHT is the best oral you can take for sprinting. You can go as high as 50-100mg/day with MDHT. Take pre-workout. Halotestin at 10mg/day is also good. With test prop, you should keep your dose below 200mg/week.
