    Post up your diet. There may be excess calls you can cut out. I'm assuming that you are cutting and not bulking?

    I use my non-workout days for carb cycling and go low to none on the carbs.

    While I understand your thinking MPS (Muscle Protein Synthesis) peaks 24-36 after training. So consuming no carbs that day might be counter productive.
