My normal BP is like 139/69 when im on cycle its about 145/69 first couple of days heart rate went way up but now its back to normal around 70-75 bpms at rest. anyways is my blood pressure high enough for me to worry about? I asked doc about blood pressure meds he said i didnt need em??
