I have some 5/8 inch needles that i plan on using in the butt. Will this needle work?

Not a chance. 1" minimum but preferably 1 1/4"

If you dont go deep enough you run the chance of an absys. Just poke it in your delt 5/8" is perfect for delts

ya Kales right.. Id do the delt to be sure.. you dont wanna screw around with an absys, they suck BIG TIME!!!!! not worth the risk.....
