splitting letro tabs.. 2.5 to 0.25??

whats the deal i cant find any letro tabs smaller than 2.5mg and im meant to be starting at 0.25mg so i got to split it into 10 parts or something? or am i missing something stupid here?

Ime using the letro 2.5 mg tabs too. Splitting them in 10 would be impossible, as they would yust pulverise...I split them in half. Since letro has a long halv-life you want need to take them ed, accord the dosage from that.

Easier to dose with ARR, much more convenient.

You could crush the pills and get a mg scale.. Then figure out 1/10.. Or know the halflife is 2 days and go from there.
