This site is for both new people trying to learn more about AAS use, so they won't mess themselves up and non newbies chatting about their experiences and sharing knowledge. Honestly I have yet to see much help when it really comes down to it for the newbies. I have always lived by the motto that "no question is a stupid question", mainly it's like if you have never ridden a motorcycle, don't jump on one and hall *ss down the freeway at 100mph until you learn how to ride.
My first AAS use was in the military in 1992 and I worked out and got my gear from a doctor that looked like Schwartzennager. I figured he new alot about it. If I would have had a site like this back then, then I might not be as f***d up as I am. He had me doing 100mg of winny ed and never told me to drink alot of water while on and how long to be on it among other things (and yes it was my fault, but I was young and impressionable). I now have cronic joint pains 24/7.
I am sure this thread will get alot of people firing shots at me, but think about it guy's we have all been newbies one time or another and we have all asked some pretty stupid questions in our time, but when we were given the answer to that question what happened? Ya we all felt stupid because the answer seemed pretty obvious when told to us, but we still had to ask it.
Last thing, Remember this, if you look back at alot of the threads and see the ones that people are arguing and making fun of other peoples questions, Take notice at there screen names, because you will soon see their thread and YES, they are asking questions as well (Go figure) we don't all know everything do we.
So, moral of this story is "Get off the high horse and help these guy's out instead of ridicule them, maybe just maybe you will help someone out"
