$350 in one week? What the hell do you buy?

I mean that is just insane. Either you eat an amount of food comparable to an orca whale or you are shopping at the wrong place. I eat steak for 2 meals each day and it only costs me maybe $40 for the steaks (eye round).

LOL. I forgot about those Oreo's bro. I guess the double stuffed ones cost a lot.

BTW my bill is about $75 per week. I mean meat does cost a fair bit but potatoes/yams/oats etc dont cost much at all. So it's really not that bad.

Normally around $1K/month on the offseason, but I don't supplement or eat out so everything I eat is what I've packed the night before.

    Figure around 4-5$/meal, 8meals/day = 30-40$/day. 35$ x 30days = $1050/month.

Maybe $2 a month on oats. The company I work for supplies all our food. I buy a few cans of oats for weekend breakfast when I cannot be arsed to go to the canteen. The rest is a great supply of good food..... all you can eat and more.

P.S. You should see what shit the fat bastards here eat! (And there are plenty of those)

Hmm, discluding suppliments I can spend 50 quid on food that'll last me two to three weeks.

Buying steaks is a joke..what I tend to do is wait till someone like Sainsbury gets those vacume pack beef joints on Half Price special offer, buy a couple of the big bastards at 30 pounds for the two of em (i think that's about 9-10 kilos of red meat in total) and then take em home and cut them up into 250-300g steaks. A lil bit of work but WAY cheaper than buying individual steaks.

I eat 2.5 pounds of lean ground meat, 1.5 pounds of chicken or turkey breast and 1.25 pounds of fish every day.

I spend about $350-$400 on food a week. That does not include the cost of supplements. 4 pound jug of protein lasts me a little less than a week. Also add in cost for BCAAs.

During contest prep no I don't eat out. I cook all of my meals. Off season eat out. I love Puerto Rican and Jamaican food. It's easier to order out than cook it at home.

I could never eat that much. It would be virtually impossible for me to eat that much in one day. That's over 5 lbs of meat per day ALONE. That, combined with your protein powder and whatever carbs/veggies you eat must make you feel like a stuffed turkey all day long. Wow. I didn't even eat that much when I was over 290lbs...

    1 pounds = 453.59237 grams
    4 pounds = 1814 grams

so you'd have to average 259grams of protein a day to finish that tub in 7 days.....
I do 320 grams a day. It's why it does not last a week.
    320 * 7 = 2,240 grams

I have hyperthyroidism (over active thyroid). Combined with cardio If I didn't eat that much I would shrink.

Victor mapped out my contest diet. He's going to increase cals off season. He said he plans to pack some real mass on my frame. I can't wait!!!
