6'2 170 Football/Baseball trying to get to around 190 with stregth desperately needed. Im trying to gain weight and strength without losing speed, don't want the extremely obvious bulk, trying to make it look as natural as possible. Someone recommended tbol, researched about it but still not sure. Seems to be known for keeping strength once off it. Anyone know or takin it and have opinions about it or recommend anything else that fit what im trying to acheive? Nov-Feb is the time frame. Also anything to stack it with?
