    6'2 170 Football/Baseball trying to get to around 190 with stregth desperately needed. Im trying to gain weight and strength without losing speed, don't want the extremely obvious bulk, trying to make it look as natural as possible. Someone recommended tbol, researched about it but still not sure. Seems to be known for keeping strength once off it. Anyone know or takin it and have opinions about it or recommend anything else that fit what im trying to acheive? Nov-Feb is the time frame. Also anything to stack it with?

    Dont worry at 190lbs you should get there naturally ...quite easily....especially at 6'2''.

    Agreed. Plenty of food and some power exercises like squats, deadlifts, rows etc and you should see those #'s. This will also make you better all around for those sports, especially FB.

    only problem is trying to get it within a couple months with a metabolism out of this world. Almost impossible to gain weight.

    Steak, lean hamburger, fish, more fish, cheese, and anything else you can get your hands on (cept junk food).....EAT BIG!!!!

    20lbs out of tbol??? I think that is stretching it. From my experience it is okay but not going to put 20lbs on anyone.

    It won't put 20lbs on you.

    At 170 and 6'2" you are a bean pole. You can gain that weight naturally. You should read the diet section, specifically the "how to bulk" sticky.

    18 right now signed juco baseball but been told by d1 not big enough yet if i can gain strength before spring and get bigger can still sign with a d1 during season
