    !Mohn/Methyld cycle at 18!

    Hey guys, ive just turned 18 so i was thinking about tryin out sumthin new coz ive seemed to reach a plateau for a while now. ive been speakin to lots of different people an doin plenty of research, an was thinkin about tryin out Mohn along with methyl-dien for a cycle of 3-4 weeks. the reason i chose these is becoz i wanted to be safe due to my age an heared these are mild phs with good enuff results. i would most probably run mohn at 4/8/12, then methyl dien at 4/4/8. i am going to take a tribulus whilst i am on it and off it for a couple extra weeks, and take milk thistle whilst i am on it for liver support. after my cycle then i will run nolva for 3-4 weeks for pct. does anyone have any opinions on a better way to run this, or anyone had any experience with these two supps? thanks a lot!

    How long can you possibly be training for to hit a plateau 'for a while now' already?
    What the hell is methyl-dien anyways? isnt that Ergomax LMG?

    i have hit a plateau for about 4 months or so now an tried a lot of things to push through it.. i am 6 ft, 195 lbs, and been training for 3 years. like i said i chose these because of the fact that they r mild compared to other ph/steroids. anyone have any experience with these two supps?

    I think your plateau may be attributed to your diet and workout regime and I would first look to improve that before turning to substances that could damage you for life at your age.

    granted, methyl-diel is practically an OTC supplement, its still a pro-hormone. Stick with creatine and gakic to gain some strength. I made the mistake of running a cycle of prohormones at 18 and it just lead to bad things

    svt what kind of sides did u see at 18?

    My diet consists of about 200-250 grams or protein per day sometimes even more. carbs in the 300 range an a decent amount of fat. i have tried changing my training, diet everything. atm i am bulking so i am trying to eat weheneva i can and still findind it impossible to gain weight. i am thinking of training more strength/power for a couple of months to try adding some dense muscle, anyone recommend this as i am only used to training for hypertrophy? thanks!

    I got horrible acne, I got decent gains, but then lost them all, and killed my libido because I didnt know anything about anything
