    carbs vs. fat

hey just wanted to kno the deal because everyone says to eat most of your carbs around training pre and post workout but i feel my body works alot better eating carbs in almost every meal except my last one, when i eat fats throughout the day i dont feel like my muscles are full and pumped, as apposed to eating carbs allll day and then just the last meal of the day is pro/fat, so my question is do people react diff to carbs/fat? because i think my body works way better with the whole pro/carb meal thing

if you think your body works well with pro carbs during the day and you are achieving all of your weightlifting and bodybuilding goals then dont change. Simple as that.

yeah everyone reacts differently - its the beauty of diets - you need to find what suits you.

What I don't like is people assuming one thing over another.

There are general rules to eating etc.

Carbs is a tricky subject tho - there are many 'types' of carbs. Generally speaking they fuel your muscles for greater lifts etc. The other side to the story is that they take longer to digest,so the blood in your body is concentrated to your stomach to break this down.

What I find is that if you have complex carbs that aren't refind... eg. low gi you should find that they benefit you throughout the day, except for you're last meal (not neccessary as it's a 'energy' food)

I just think you are eating the 'right' carbs
