I crashed on my bike and left a monster bruise on my a$s, I never noticed it and injected right into the black and blue.. … I sat on a warm water bottle for a few and it was still sore but felt much better.

Not sure if that helps or not..

I was in the same boat as you a few weeks ago. Still gets a little sore here and im into my 6th week. Its not bad at all anymore. At first I could barely walk as well. Im gonna say it took me 3 weeks until I got comfortable with it. Just make sure your staying sterile.

Nothing to worry about bro. Sounds like virgin muscle syndrome. Just massage, stretch, and heat and your muscles will adjust to the injections with time. Stay strong.

Well from my experience, I have had near crippling pain from test-e. Quads killed, tried delts, & traps...a lot of pain.
Then I tried WAY around the outside of the quads almost to where the hamstrings start (about an inch over onto the quad. (Also about 3/4 up the thigh above mid way). This has been great!!!! Almost NO pain at all...freakin great!!!!
I had been warming it first to thin the oil too, which I have continued just in case. I alternate from right to left each week & no problems. Also from day one been using a 1" 25g pin, so its slow, but thats fine..slower is better anyway.

Just my .02 (hope this helps)

After I did as I mentioned above, no problems!!!!!

What the hell was that suppose to mean

Yes, this is normal for first timers. The first time i should my quad it hurt for the entire week ! You will experience with each muscle that you hit for the first time. Over time your muscles get use to it and it doesn't last as long.

No. You want to change it up all the time. Myself i mainly stick to quads and delts and for the first two weeks goes like this

    week 1
    L quad R delt

    week 2
    R quad L delt

Then i repeat. It works for me. Some might shoot , Bi's , tri's and chest etc but me quads and delts are perfect.

I wouldn't . I don't care if you are hitting your upper or lower quad, i still consider it hitting the same muscle twice. Your quad is made up of 3 muscles but the middle should always be avoided and the inner i have never seen used before. You are left with the outer quad which most easily inject into and again if you hit the upper then lower you are still hitting the same muscle.
