    Anavar dosage breakdown question?

    I'm up to 60mgs a day my question is should I take 30 in the morning then 30 later or 20mgs three times a day?

    Wont make a big dif imo. When I do orals I usually do twice a day or three times a day depending on dose Im taking. But I pretty much make sure I always have it all in me before my workout for that day since I usually train later in the evening anyways.
