    Newbie, Curious & needing help

    Okay, I just joined the ladies forum so I hope this will
    be in pink..we'll see.

    I have been working out for years & I am relatively in good
    shape, but I started taking Depo (Birth Control Shot) in
    October 2005 & gained an almost instant 15 lbs.
    I got off the Depo in Feb 2006 & lost the weight. Well
    since I need no more babies I got on Yaz which has the drsp
    hormone in it (or something like that), Needless to say I gained
    the weight back so my Doc put me on theThe Nuva Ring last month
    hoping that the lower dosage of estrogen would get my weight
    back in line. I know I need to allow more time for this & my
    body will most likely do its natural thing, but what I am here
    for is some advice on taking stimulants that will help thing
    process along much faster.

    History:

    I was at 14% BF 110lbs before I started the Depo
    I am 29 y/o 5' 3"
    Eating habits are great at least 90% of the time. I always
    Allow 1 day a week to indulge (if I wish)
    1 child (5 y/o)

    I seem to be collecting this fat in my thighs & belly
    & I am getting to the point where I am DESPERATE!!!

    Anyhow, I have been talking to people & doing some research
    on Anavar & Dianbol. Does anyone have any suggestion?

    How to use it
    Dosages
    SIDE EFFECTS?
    Anything else I should know?

    I am sorry this posting was sooo ling but I wanted to give you some
    history & not just a question

    Thank you for all the welcoming!!

    Diet is clean, except I usually allow myself 1 day to splurge
    if I feel like it. It ends up that most of that day is pretty good.

    I am pretty sure my current BF is 15-16%
    I work full time & I am in school full time & my school has certain
    days that we are required to do Physical Training, but with or
    without those days I typically train 3-4 days on weights & the
    same for cardio 20-30 min.

    Any help is good.

    Anavar IMO is fine for women, but i'm unclear why you want to try dianabol?

    Really had no clue b 4 I started.

    Training: Freeweights & some machines, 2 days upper 2 days lower.
    Cardio: at least 4 days, every other day is different exercises.
    My free-weight training almost is always different, I typically don’t
    use the same exercises, I am pretty good about mixing it up.

    I mainly want to lose body fat & gain more muscle. I’m not
    trying to go muscle crazy I am just trying to lose the stubborn
    body fat.

    I will try to find time to put my diet on that website,
    But I eat real clean 5-6 times per day usually around
    1100 to 1400 cal per day, approx 27-32g fat 27-30g
    of pro & carbs.

    If you really are set on doing gear...

    Anavar i the way to go. Start out at 5mg a day and then move it up to 10mg a day if you want.

    Side effects for the most part at these low doses are minimal although u will notice an increase in your sex drive.

    Oh darn, more sex cant hurt anything can it?
    I guess the question I really need answered is
    does is shread & help with growth?

    I dont want anything real heavy that will make my
    eyes look sunken & all that other crazy crap you
    hear about.

    Do you have other suggestions than this? U seem
    to make it sound like it's no good or its a bad idea?

    I don't think gear should be a first resort..which is why i was hesitant to go into it.

    When i took it - it gave me an increase in strength and hardness. i took it at 10mg a day.

    It is testoterone so there are of course always risks.

    The sex drive increase coems from a slight increase in size on your clit - at this low dose nothing serious.

    I also noticed ance to be honest. I had this one huge blemish that just would't go away and i confess vanity made me stop taking the var.

    I still remained feminine in every way!

    Other than that from my own personal experience i found it to be a pleasant compound.

    Hmm, Now Im really not sure what to do.
    I just feel like I really need a boost. I have
    been working out my entire life & it just seems
    like I never get past a certain point, I was
    hoping this might do it.
