Training: Freeweights & some machines, 2 days upper 2 days lower.
Cardio: at least 4 days, every other day is different exercises.
My free-weight training almost is always different, I typically don’t
use the same exercises, I am pretty good about mixing it up.
I mainly want to lose body fat & gain more muscle. I’m not
trying to go muscle crazy I am just trying to lose the stubborn
body fat.
I will try to find time to put my diet on that website,
But I eat real clean 5-6 times per day usually around
1100 to 1400 cal per day, approx 27-32g fat 27-30g
of pro & carbs.
