    Need bigger calves

    I have a problem with my left leg which sees my calf being 2 inches smaller than my right.. I am trying to train this as hard a s possible to catch up but it seems impossible. looking for suggestions on how to single out my left calf to make it grow as much as possible. Any help is appreciated.

    Just do extra sets/reps with the left leg. Shit, do standing calf raises when your brushing your teeth. I'm battling genetics to get some size on my calves. I've heard a few guys say the strength shoes really helped with growth (and performance but my main concern is size).

    i think you should ask this question in the workout question forum. but to answer the question, lighten up the weight you use to let the weaker leg catch up and add more volume to the amount of total sets and reps that you do, i myself do not believe the way to correct the problem would be to uni-lateraly work out just one calf more
