caffine in drinks for ECA stack

Instead of taking a 200mg caffine tab can I drink a can of coke or a coffee instead. How much of each would I take

he could drink diet, if i remember correctly though it has approx 70-80mg caffeine...

300mg of aspirin is a little high, try looking for baby bear 80mg.

dj is right about soda having about 80mgs. Just pop a Vivarin instead. Works easier than 2 cups of coffee.
