    Ok Before And After Pics ! ! !

    I know the before pic is really bad, but i was lifting for 10 years doing morning cardio empty stomach diet more or less was good. I must have some really shitty genetics!

    The before was in beg 2000 and the after is now 2006.

    (the left photo is the after and the 1 on the right with the red car is the before..)

    nice improvment, legs are laggin behind! no need to do much cardio, you need to do a clean bulk! no cardio , up your calories and lift heavy! good lcuk!

    definitely put on some mass.. i agree wit *Alex* tho.. u need to work on ur legs.. u gonna get a triangle shape if u dont.. all upper body and no legs

    actualy because of the angle of the photo, legs r a bit better than they seem. i do heavy (for me) squats deads, from the 2000 photo they r at least triple in size. genetics is a limiting parameter..

    regarding mass i really need to cut for summer, after that it will be CLEAN bulking

    well, its your desition! i would bulk if i was you! p.s.i'm bulking right now and i love it! i just dont see the point in cutting if you are not satisfied with your size!!!!

    good job bruther keep it up. I am genetically blessed in the legs, but i am also 6'5 so 28inch legs aint shit at my height. I am waiting to see the tape at 35 some day.

    I don't think genetics has much to do with not being able to get big legs personally.. Look at my scrawny legs in my sig.. They aren't too much to brag about now but another couple years they'll be sick. Agreed, consistant heavy squats, deads, lunges etc are needed along with a mass building diet.

    Looking good bro. I would kill to have such a low BF%. I'm cutting right now at around 20%

    What do you for legs? I would definately incorporate Squats, Leg Presses, and Deadlifts into your routine. 3 sets of 5-6 reps of each of these. GO HEAVY and they'll grow

    my legs dont look good but i workout very similar to DC principles.

    All workouts have either heavy (for me) squats or deads.

    i think that it has to do more about genetics, than improper training

    I think it has more to do with getting adequate calories and hitting the legs HARD week in and week out. How many calories are you getting daily?

    less than i should (for intestine bloat reasons)

    mostly 20% below maintenance with a few days of even less

    anyway, current goal for summer is fat loss only.

    Do heavy squats, leg presses, and lunges. The squats will pack on size. I have genetically smaller legs but after serious squatting for a few years I've gained over 6" on the tape. Another benefit of heavy squats is that your upper body gets stronger too.

    as for the legs theory on genetics, i completely agree. ive been eating very well, and nailing legs so hard for around 3 years. my max squat is 500lbs at just under 200lbs bodyweight. i deadlift 405lbs for 6 reps, and pretty much always use lunges in leg workouts. plus leg extensions, leg curls, and occasionally stiff-legged deads too. theyve grown alittle, but my legs are still small, im currently eating over 5000 cals ED, have been training for 9 years. i have friends that dont train theur legs, and still have thicker legs than me. dont tell me it isnt genetics.

    What is your range of motion on squats and deadlifts?

    there is a guy at my gym who has been training for about 4 months and he looks like he's been living at the gym for the past 3-4 years. he barely ever trains legs and they are a really good shape and size.

    so, summer is over and clean bulking started (diet finetuned as well)

    the 3rd photo is a bonus.. that gal has a nice ass.. she was doing front squats and deads in perfect form..!
