Can anyone help me with a bulking diet. I'm really no good with weighing up my food and things like that, i just have got a clue My language is 2 pieces of chicken and pasta etc etc.
Im 220 - 225 pounds at the moment, I haven't weighed myself in a while. My height is 5ft4. I just want a good basic bulking diet. Im not very adventurous with food, so I just stick to the basics like chicken rice pasta, turkey, some veg.
I just need some help...PLEASE.
