    Bulking help needed / URGENT

    Can anyone help me with a bulking diet. I'm really no good with weighing up my food and things like that, i just have got a clue My language is 2 pieces of chicken and pasta etc etc.

    Im 220 - 225 pounds at the moment, I haven't weighed myself in a while. My height is 5ft4. I just want a good basic bulking diet. Im not very adventurous with food, so I just stick to the basics like chicken rice pasta, turkey, some veg.

    I just need some help...PLEASE.

    nlarge2 weight gainer only and like u said pasta anything with high carbs... mainly i stick to low carbs tuna/fish chicken bacon beef blah blah more meat the better IMO .... ask the pros tho im only at about 195 after i take a shit

    depends on if u want fat or stricktly muscle... but i highly recomend nlarge2

    I don't reccomend any weight gainer unless you want to get fat. They are just protein + sugar. Sugar does not build muscle. The only time I would use a weight gainer is PWO while on Slin to give me the high GI carbs I need. Check out my bulking diet in "beasts clean Bulk" in members cycle results. Also check out bulking sticky. Sorry to say that you will have to start counting cals, weighing food ect if your serious about getting big. Eating without a properly revised diet gives sloopy results. Just ask all the out of shape guys at the gym who think they are "huge" and they will say "I eat a lot of everything, high protein". Ask the Bodybuilder who looks good and he will show you a diet sheet which he has taken time and effort to put together. The choice is yours....

    Agreed with PBeast.. Whether bulking/cutting it's gonna be mapped out and taken seriously so you don't get sloppy. Too many people think you can just eat excessive calories to bulk and it not be detrimental..

    Well ask them to take their shirts off in the offseason BAHAHAHA !
