I was reading the new muscle mag. and it said that the number 4 best supplement to take is caffeine. So i'm like what the hell why not, well i haven't even drank a soda in 4 years, basically cuz i thought there was no need to spend a 1.50 when waters always free! Anyways, so i take this 200mg caffeine pill and go into lift and nothing happens. So im kinda pissed, then all of a sudden i felt like i'd just snorted a line of coke or something. I was all loopy and my heart beat was 128 bts/min! Well half an hour later, as i was heaving my guts up outside the gym, i decided that maybe caffeine's not the right way to go pre-workout? Or should i just cut the doseage in half.... fourths? Any ideas? Not that i dont like my resting heart beat at 100 beats a minute, but i just found it more affective when it wasnt that high![]()
