i am 31 220 5'9 i have been working out seriously since jan of this year 3 days a week, Mon chest & Tri's, Wed back & bi's & Fri shoulders & legs. i do cardio on my off days 30-45 min and i walk the tread mill 25 mins @ 3.3 or 3.5 @ max incline on my work out days. i have my diet mostly in shape. all my clothes are getting loose so i know i'm doing something right. question is there are a couple kinds of test that everyone keeps talking about that will give you gains for a first cycle. what is the best type of test and how much and when to take it. also can you take creatine with it or ECA thanks
