When for var?

Im waiting for my var to arrive, and i forgot to ask a question about the var cycle im doing...
Weeks 1-6 60mg ED anavar
PCT 20days 20mg nolva and prov

The var comes in 10mg pills, so how should i distribute them throughout the day? Whats the halflife on var? Thanks!

Half life is 9 hours. Do three in the morning and three in the late afternoon. I would run the cycle for ten weeks as well. Also watch you Cholesterol. Do some No Flush Niacin, Policosanol, and Red Yeast Rice.
