interesting! first I ve heard bout it so I will defo keep this thread in check to see some of the responses from the experienced guys here!
I would think that low doseing would just be more or less replacing. I would also think that over time the dosages would have to increase in increments to obtain continual gains. I suppose some of us could stay healthy with minimal side effects. But I would think tghat after several years of using this approach it may be extremely hard to regain any natural hormone production and perhaps completely impossible. You would then need HRT for the rest of your life. If you plan on never coming off then maybe it would work for you.
Hehe. Yup.. I wrote wrong by the way.Originally Posted by Wizeguy

But run it of and on continuasly. for 23 and 40 years. The one guy was actually 70 years old, looked like 40-50very nice.
But i`m wondering if i can run a steroid at very low dosages, and run it for a long time. Then to run so high dosages and deal with the crappy sides and all that stuff (no orals ofcourse!)
Here are the movies. Very shocked !

The best and safest way is to cycle. On and off, letting your body rest and recuperate between cycles, regaining natural hormone balance. If done properly some of us can do it for many, many years with little or no problems.
I start to plateau at 6 weeks. If you plateau I dont see the reason to contiue.
