    Can you say first place!?

    Well I won my first show! Let me tell you the feeling is unreal.I still cant believe this. 18 weeks worth of training and dieting paid off !!!
    I slept maybe 3 hours total the 3 days before the show, I was so nervous but excited at the same time. I weighed in at 203 the morning of the show, I was pretty damn tight but also nice and full, my color was awesome 7 coats total of protan and dreamtan!.....well I gotta go out to eat for breakfast and then go grocery shopping, but I will post pics later tonight!!!

    I have some more but there are kinda blurry, most of these pics kinda suck, my friend had a nice camera and took some good shots, I will get ahold of those pics later this week and post some more.....

    Thanks a ton brotha, I am still kinda in shock, it hasnt sunk in all the way. Its a feeling like no other!

    Whats weird is for the past 18 weeks my WHOLE life has been about doing the show, every minute of every day was spent thinking about diet and cardio and lifting. I quit going out because of my diet... My social life pretty much ended with dieting and all, and now that the show is over and I can go back to living life I dont even know where to start. Every conversation with my girl was always about my diet and training, we laugh now cause we dont know what to talk about, its nuts!

    now make sure to take full advantage off the rebound effect to put on as much muscle as possible. growing will never be as easy as the few weeks after a show.

    Congrats Chuck.......you look really tight and dry in your pics......i remember reading that you used to be overweight, maybe as a child, put some pics up from when you say you were out of shape next to some you took from the show.......Enjoy the victory, and maybe one day well be competing in the same show in chicago.....
