What you like and should are diffrent..
But I usally do Carbs/ Protien
Oats and EggWhites everyday for me
I`m not usaully that hungry after cardio,but I always have two bananas and Brazil nuts,great combination.
I eat basically the same for 6 of my 7 meals.

I was just curious as to what foods you are ingesting. I know the old saying keep eating carbs to burn fat. I usually go with the 10 egg whites 1.5 cups oatmeal 2 slices of dry wheat toast thing.

I make protein pancakes with oats and egg whites then smother them in fat free soya yog with butter cream whey mixed in it.
