So whats everyones take on this supplement. I just purchased my first tub. It doesn't mix up very well, which is fine considering not all ingriedients will ever mix up that good. I jsut want to know how it fits in with aas and other things as far as cutting bulking cardio workouts. I hear its great for pre-cardio and pre-workout. I took some today and I just felt tingly and flushed from the niacin but nothing out of the ordinary. Thanks for your thoughts.
