Slow Pituitary. Sus250 or Test e?

I was to embark on my first cycle when I found out from my doc that I have a slow pituitary gland.
Due to this I now qualify for hormone replacement therapy, which allows me to receive a shot of sus250 every 2 weeks for free.
Do I take advantage of this and do a sus250 cycle at the same time, or not take up the offer and do a test e cycle (everyone recommends doing test e for my first cycle)?
