    Lost 3 pounds now on test,deca,dbol

    So ya i started my cycle last week, about to be my 4th shot tomorrow, taking test 650, deca 340, and d bol 20mg a day from week 1-4. i know its low dose dbol, but i just wanted a little something at the beginning. why is that i lost 3 pounds now since cycle started? i cosume more then 70mg grams of protein a day and change my diet dramatically, no more junk food. just confused, maybe this is normal, but i was hoping the d bol would add some weight!

    5'9 180 9-10 percent bf
    2nd cycle, besides bs superdrol and m1t

    70 grams? I hope you consume over 230grams.

    Why did you decide to run 640mgs test & 340mgs Deca?

    Doses look a little off for one.. Do keep in mind that your test e will not kick in for 4-6 weeks. close to same for the deca as well.. Your not going to feel much from the dbol between 1-2 weeks..

    as for your 70mg protein intake comment.. theres a problem here.

    Your diet is lacking dramatically. If your weight is 180lbs your protein consumption should be around 250grams of protein per day. Advisable to be in 6 meals in 3 hour intervals per day. Please do keep in mind that all of us are here to get strong and big. Diet plays a major role in this. Id suggest you take some time in the diet forums and tweek that to succeed in your goals.

    One other small comment. If your calorie intake a day is example 900 calories and your lifting and cardio workout you burn 1300 calories, at this point you start burning stored fat and at some point muscle.

    no i meant 70 grams over what i was taking, i was taking 1gram per body weight! cause the deca is 340mg/cc and test 340/cc, so im taking .8 test and .5 deca every sunday/wednesday..... so its something like 650 test, i think..

    so your protein intake is 250 grams per day? which should be fine.. look at the end 2 paragraphs of my post

    ya sry bro, didnt mean to say only 70g/day. i meant 70 more grams a day then usual. so im getting about 230-240 of protein. and i only do like 15 minute cardio, 3 times a week. i have fast met. i bulk and wont go above 11 percent body fat! sucks so its hard to gain

    Id look at your calorie intake, maybe bump it up 200 cals?

    also could be fluxuation in your weight.. one day I can be 188 the next 182..

    Wait a little longer. I can lose 10lbs just going for a dump and skipping a meal so wait a little longer for the test to kick in. At that dose of dbol, i dont know if you would really feel it much either

    ya i wasnt trying to gain a lot off dbol and i know it takes like 4 weeks for test to kick in, i ran this exact cycle 5 months ago, but wrecked at week 6 on my bike, still gained 20 almost, and took off 3 weeks and had a broke foot!!!!! so its the same juice, so i should get some badazz gains. im also running letro .25 every nite. so it has me scared knowing im dropping weight

    Protein intake could be higher since you are obviously trying to bulk. You have probably lost some weight because you have been watching your diet a little better due to the cycle. You will gain weight, especially with those compounds, but I would jack the protein up to around 1.5grams protein/lbs of body weight, at least 250 grams of protein.
