yea they got plenty of threads on it. By the way it took me 4-5 days. I love it. The only downside for me was the headaches due to increased blood pressure. So if i were you i would have something on hand incase it makes it rise. Maybe it doesnt happen to everyone but it definetly affected me.

What is exactly is that? I am taking soem stuff called pressurelow, you can get it at gnc. Its a combo of niacin, hawthore berry, and garlic. Its works really well. I still get a headache once in a while but nothing serious.
