keep your reps in the 8-10 range and lots of protein
I have always been under the impression that low reps such as 3-5 or so was best for strength..like my friend 4plates says..if you CANT lift it..add another 10lbs and try your hardest
In terms of excercise routine I would keep it in between 8-12 reps. And keep your protein high aswell as supplementing with creatine will give you a large increase in strength.
