Hey! I'm a new female here wanted to ask some questions.
I'm 5'8 and about 138. I've been lifting for about 4 years now.. usually 2-3x a week. I do cardio for 45-60 mins 4x a week. I want to lose some weight and body fat so I'm going to try clen. How do i know how many drops and should it be taken with something else? what does taurine do? any feedback would be appreciated!! thanks
