    Thumbs up new female CLEN questions

    Hey! I'm a new female here wanted to ask some questions.
    I'm 5'8 and about 138. I've been lifting for about 4 years now.. usually 2-3x a week. I do cardio for 45-60 mins 4x a week. I want to lose some weight and body fat so I'm going to try clen. How do i know how many drops and should it be taken with something else? what does taurine do? any feedback would be appreciated!! thanks

    if you still have questions after you read the Clen FAQ you should go to the search bar and type "clen." TONS of results with lots of useful information.

    hey thanks guys. yeah i have the clen and taurine already but havent taken it. and also i typically have a good diet. im vegetarian and get lots of protein and veggies... my only problem is drinking which leads to late night eating..

    it's not a problem if you make a concious effort to stop doing it
