Clen kickin time

hey bros,

i just got my clen from AR-R and i took 40mcgs about an hour ago..i just want to know when i should be feeling the shakey hands or anything? i tried doing a search but couldn't find the answer.thanx

usually within an hour or two. but at a low dose like that you may not get it. the more you take the worse it is.

I dont know about you guys, but if i take clen on an empty stomach, it kicks in in about 25 minutes and im cranked. Give me the jitters and makes me edgy,too much for this guy!

I take the AR-R clen. It's instant. First few days i tried it i really felt the effects. Would get instant head ache and few seconds later the shaky hands ect. But that was first 3 days or so...bodies fairly used to it now so effects aren't as strong.

40 mcgs isnt a strong dose btw. You should feel stronger effects the first few days, then it lessens as your body adapts to it.

Why would you take clen at 7:30 pm, I never take it past 3 or so or it will disrupt your sleep pattern.

Take mine early in the morning and sometimes lunch time...wares off betime i goto bed.

I notice it within 30 minutes of taking it.

I usually take it twice daily. Once before AM cardio, and once around lunch time.

If I take it too late, I can't sleep.

I agree that it needs to be taken early. I couldn't fall asleep if I took it too late.
