How much will letro cut gains?

I plan to start a test e and deca cycle soon. Last time I used those in a cycle I got water bloat. I want to avoid that this time by taking some letro but wondered how much it would cut my gains?

estrogens in normal limits are benefical in many ways...itz not best to eliminate them totaly
that dose is fine

I run 0.25mg ED and i didnt find it cut my gains at all.
