    Arkansas State Contest Pics

    Hello all,

Just wanted to pass along contest pics of Arkansas State show. I took second in the novice middleweight class. I was happy with two second place finishes for my first year of competing. The same guy beat me in both shows. He took overall novice, so maybe next year will be my year.

I want to thank all of you for your honest criticism. It help me bring up areas that needed improvement. This is a great site and i could not have accomplished this without your advice.

    Back in the sand box

    Hello all,

I have been in Iraq for a month now. Fortunatley, there is a gym within 100 yards of my hooch. The food is plentiful and i have plenty of time to train. Hoping to compete in next years Arkansas State Show.

Question ? How much lean muscle is one able to gain in one year. As you can see in my pics, I need improvement in many areas. Delts and traps have always been a strong point. Lost size in quads, due to poor choice in cardio equipment, i think. My quads looked much bigger two weeks before the show. Need to bring up calves, a**ominal thickness, arms and chest.

Im trying to set a realistic goal, so all comments are appreciated.

    Thanks
