    How keepable are suspension gains?

    Now i'm not so new to this but I am running my first suspension cycle and have heard mixed results. Obviously it's the purest test and it's an obvious bulker "even though some would disagree" I have heard mixed stories on how keepable the gains are. some tell me that you can put on good solid weight which is logical. I will be happy gaining 15-20 lbs off this and I know I will most likely lose a quarter of that, maybe more just depending on my diet.
    Basically what I am looking for are people who have suspension cycles under their belt.

    Here are my stats.
    25
    5"11
    200lbs

    running human grade stanotest "winny/suspension" ED for a week then EOD for the remaing life of it. I know some run it twice a day throughout or even ED but with it being mixed with winny, did not want that "plus I only have 30ml's" . The shots arent actually that bad, most of the pain is while it's actually going in, very little soreness afterwards.

    Any experienced help would be appreciated.

    Suspension is great. But I see no point in doing it if you're not going to do it AT LEAST ed, preferably twice a day. Might as well go with prop if that's the case. Grab more/different gear if you're planning on seeing some respectable gains.

    As for how keepable the gains are from suspension, just like any other compound, it will depend entirely on PCT/Diet/Training/Rest.

    Definitely 2x ED if it's true water based suspension. If it's TNE (oil based) then some have luck with ED injections.

    Thanks for the input, although I knew I was going to get some critique on the whole ED and 2x per day thing. i am not doing it that way guys. remember, it's mixed with winny and im not shooting winny twice a day. plus I only have 30 MLs i know it'll stay in my system until my next shot. Maybe not as concentrated as i'd like it to be, but i'll be there. i'll be doing my last bottle ED which will be 10 days, but thats besides the point. Anyone else want to chime in on this?

    Make friends with the girl at the acne medication counter, your levels will be all over the place, sounds like a poorly thought out cycle to me.

    If it was me, I'd save up for some more test or use the susp to kickstart a test c or e cycle.

    Yea, I actually thought about that... If that were to start happening, i'll go ED and get more suspension as it is VERY obtainable for me.

    as far as you "not doing it that way", you best change that mindset real quick. you came here for advice, and whether or not it's the advice you WANTED to hear, it's still good advice nonetheless, and with very good reasoning behind it.

    that test suspension will fly through your system, and with only shooting it EOD, your hormonal levels will be fluctuating like crazy. this means tons of acne, really bad mood swings, and an increase of pretty much all the other potential side-effects you can get from this stuff. why the issue with not wanting to shoot ED? as far as you only having 30mls, just split your doses into smaller doses so you're taking the same amount, just splitting it into smaller shots. that will keep blood-plasma levels more stable, which means more gains and less sides.

    as far as how much of what you gain you'll keep, you've already heard it can vary greatly from person to person. best i can tell you is put together some good pct, ease back on your training volume when coming off the gear, and ease back on your cals so you don't get fat.

    the better your pct regimen, the quicker you can get your own bodies hormonal levels back to normal. this is of course important to maintain those gains you made while on a cycle.

    you also need to ease back on your training cause your body will no longer be able to handle that same kind of training without the gear in your system. if you continue training the same after a cycle as you did while on one, your body won't be able to handle recovering from those kinds of workouts without the added hormonal boost. don't cut your sets for each bodypart in half or anything, but ease back a set or two for each bodypart as the gear kicks out of your system.

    last, those cals will need to gradually be brought down as you enter your pct, as your body simply won't need them as at that point. you'll be eating to maintain the gains you made from your cycle rather than gaining like while you were on.

    on a different note, you seemed to indicate that this may not have been your first cycle, yet no offense, but you're a small guy. seems like you're doing gear prematurely and are lacking in other areas that are keeping you from reaching your max potential. there's no way that the pic of you in your avy is the best you can do natural, or after however many cycles you've done, at least if your training, diet, rest, etc., were in check. gear won't compensate for other areas you're lacking in. you might want to post up your diet and training routine in the appropriate sections on this site and get some help on them, as there's definitely something wrong somewhere along the lines.
