Wow, yeah you need insurance
oh man.. thats y ui dont do everythign if u canr.. just what u need to... and that list is quite short..
Damn!...that does sound outrageous...what did you all get checked out?
A typical blood panel for me is usually under $200, and insurance covers about 80% of that.
they took u to the cleaners
dont forget to leave a tip!![]()

You got waaay overcharged. You can always go on the freindly payment plan. Next time get pricing for various lab orders. Talk to your doc.
Thats sucks man... next time you need it done, just go apply for life insurance. In Canada the physical and bloodwork are paid for by the Insurer and since it is in the best interest of the insurer to make sure you are not dying of anything, they do the most indepth bloodwork.
Mine came back so good that I got a reduction off the highest health rating premium, and did I mention it was FREE![]()
I hope they atleast gave you a "happy ending."![]()
... but keep in mind, if you actually want the life insurance, dont have roids in your system when the do the testing =)
How sore was your @$$ when you left ?
Our health care may not the perfect, but atleast it's free.Originally Posted by Knockout_Power

Blood work is blood work some labs are cheaper than others, but not by much...Originally Posted by Tommy Boy
Sorry bro i would rather pay the 828.55, then move to Canada and get it done for free, to f'n cold, isnt all medical free in Canada ???Originally Posted by Knockout_Power
Well atleast you know where you stand. I mean money is nothing compared to health. But anyway I feel your pain dawg...peaceOriginally Posted by stuball
Are you sure bloodwork is all she did?![]()
Well the check up was 150.00, then they send the blood work out to a lab, then the lab sends you a bill.. So two different bills..Originally Posted by rhed
