Hey everyone,
I'm new in this forum and I'd like to share some doubts and get some orientation about building amy first cycle.
I'm tall and skinny (1.80 x 68kg).
I'm thinking about use Deca to get mass/volume and Equipoise.
The question is: Should I use just DECA? And how can I admn. this cycle?
I will use good suplemtns like Creatine, Bcaa, Gainer, Whey protein to help getting mass.
