How long after cycle?

I am coming off a cutting cycle soon, which means I will be discontinuing use of T3.

I was wondering how long I should wait to increase cals to maintance just to play it safe so I dont gain. I was going to wait about a month.

My diet will be increased by 500cals which includes 10g fat, 100g carbs and 30g protein.(5oz tuna, 1 cup brown rice and 1 cup black beans)

For a total of 3100cals, 64g fat(11g sat, 33g mono), 315g carbs(9g sugar, 58g fib), 305g protein.

Let me know if I should move this into the diet forum. Whoknows it deals with cycles and PCT

how long were you on t3 and what dosage? also what type of diet were you on?

20wks from 75mcg-150mcg. 2500cals, 55g fat, 230g carbs, 270g protein.
