ok guy debating making the leap

    im 21yrs old 5'9 180lbs about 12% BF

    im debating making the leap

i wanna put on 10-15lbs mostly in my core and lower body

and i wanna get down to about 8% BF my goals are no long Aesthetic the are for Performance, specifically wrestling.

I feel i can obtain this natty in about a year. your thoughts?

if i were to do it, it has to be the least noticeable drugs a possible.

I think your goals can be achieved without AAS, your young and have a high level of hormones which will to the trick.

If your goal aint aesthetics.. 8% is definitely achievable via the natural route

No offense AJ but I think you need to really think about this one. You tend to change your mind a lot on what exactly your goals are. Once you go to AAS there is no changing your mind about going back.

putting on 10-15lbs lean mass while dropping 4% BF is a high goal for one year IMO even with AAS. if you can make that much progress naturally as you suggested, then definitely dont use AAS, save them for later.

    Agreed.

It would be remarkable if you did that naturally.

If you want to juice for wrestling, nothing will beat a small cycle. The strength alone from the gear will give you the advantage. As far as your goals for stats? I think you could do it natty, but you'd own anyone in wrestling if you cycled.

I would run prop yeah.. do like 6-10 weeks or something. Only downside is lots of injections, but if you're ok with that than I would go prop. Less estro sides too.
