Just wondering if anyone has any experience with loosing weight fast and leaving flabby skin around the mid section where my spare tyre used to be.
I have been training solidly for 20 weeks and have reduced from 115 kilos to 101 kilos. Doing 5 x 1 hour heavy cardio sessions with personal trainer a week and lifting 3 times a week and throwing in another 1 or 2 30-60 minute bike or runs a week with good measure.
Happy with the weight loss but my skin firmness is not keeping pace. Does anyone have any suggestions for a supplement or something I can take to firm this up???
