    Airline Travel with Gear

Just curious what others do if they need to travel while mid-cycle. Specifically, I need to fly out of state this weekend. My current cycle looks something like what I've listed below. I'm flying out Sunday so can do my Test Cyp. injection before I leave. But usually do another injection on Wed. So, the question is do I travel with the gear or just skip the Wed. shot and pick it up again when I return the following weekend?

    Test Cypionate = 400 mg/per week (Sun/Wed 200 mg)
Dec Durabolin = 200 mg/per week (Wed only)
Anastrolzole (Arimidex) = 0.5 mg (1 tablet every other day)

On a side note....all my gear is doctor prescribed (ie: I have a doctor prescription for it). Even so, I'm wondering if it's worth any possible hassle to travel with it. Or just skip an injection and not worry about someone going through my travel bag. I was thinking about packing the gear with the luggage I'll be 'checking' not the bag I'll be boarding with. Any feedback from those who travel alot in this position would be appreciated.

Domestically there is no issue especially with a prescription

If its just the one injection I'd preload a syringe and secure the plunger somehow then just throw it in my shaving kit in your checked baggage. That little thing will not cause anyone to look twice, probably won't even be noticed with all the other stuff in a shaving kit. All my gear is Dr. prescribed also and I just made an international flight with 8-10ml vials and about a hundred syringes in my checked baggage without even 1 question. I packed it in a large zippered nylon bag with all the boxes on top showing the prescriptions if anyone would open it.

Thank for the feedback. Just wanted to get some feedback from those who have traveled with gear. I don't want any hassles.

I did call the airline and they confirmed traveling with any doctor prescribed drugs & needles are not an issue. I'm going to 'check' the bag to simplify things.

    Back from Trip

Just for the record. Traveled out of state a few weeks ago and had no problems with the gear in my 'checked' baggage. Again, I have a prescription but doesn't look like the bag was even opened.

Put in your shaving kit like other post said along with a copy of your prescription. A lot of domestic luggage is checked and you don't want to deal with an over zealous tsa. Should be okay at any rate.

Good thread, I was wondering the same things. I think preloading is a good idea if its just one or two shots that you'll miss. That way if something does happen they wont take away a whole vial of gear.

What would be a good way to secure the plunger??

Or maybe put the amount you need into a clean or just finished vial.

Tape. Tape both the plunger and the barrel to a pencil, or chopstick.
