you stressed out? I had bad stress and that happened to me, along with dizzy spells and back of legs aching...thought I was having a heart attack...went to Doc, got some xanax all was fine with 2 days. Go get checked out if it gets worse.

You don't have carpal tunnel syndrome. The median nerve runs through the carpal tunnel and wrist/hand symptoms typically affect only the thumb and forefinger. The ulnar nerve runs partially through the carpal tunnel but exits closer to the wrist and runs anteriorly to the 'outside' of the wrist and symptoms would include the ring finger and pinkie tingling. Causes could be tendonitis, other tendon inflammation, or a computer user who rests/supports that portion of their forearm that contains the ulnar nerve on the edge of a desk, countertop, some type of edge that could impinge the nerve causing the symptoms. Change your forearm positioning to see if that alleviates the tingling.

Google ulnar nerve rehabilitation exercises..I did them after nerve transposition..You need to stretch the nerve alot as they tighten up and cause claw hands...

you need to increase the water intake, if you use HGH P5P is very good for this problem, HGH will aggrevate carpal tunnel symptoms

    good luck non cheri
