glute so sore!

thursday was the first time i have ever shot into my glute & its so sore still 2day (saturday) never no soreness in my delts tho besides the 1st few times i ever done it. the area is kinda swollen but its not red or warm. do u think its sore just cuz its the 1st time i shot there? i shot 1.5cc's of test cyp with a 1.5inch 22g needle. i'm also taken anadrol 2. should i take some ibueprofen & call it a day or take some bendryl 2?

First shot you can be sore for up to 5 days. Give it more time.

Im right there with ya, my quad has been sore for 4 days now and doesnt seem to be getting better. Not red or hot either but slightly swollen and very painful below the injection site.

glutes are bad about being sore for some people. i can inj. in my quads all day with marinade needles and gasoline and not be sore. but when i shoot in the glutes they get sore for a couple of days. i have to inj. in the glutes every couple days to give the quads and calves a rest and its never pleasant. just look for the other tell tale symptoms to make sure you dont have any infection and you should be fine. ive also notice working my hamstrings real hard after a glute shot helps. do some hamstring curls and maybe some light squats. it always helps me. maybe it gets the blood flowing through the ass and works out the soreness. good luck.

the only thing i dont like is that it hurts 2 shift with my clutch cuz my ass hurts so much i dont wanna sit in the seat! i think i will stick to my delt shots!
