when do u add the whey protien and when you do how much can u add....in other words do you add the whey before u micro is or after?....and do u need to add more water because of the whey?...and is 2 scoops to many?...just wanted to try soon tongiht so was wondering how it was done? i have tried cooking with whey before and it was gross so i dont know to add the whey to the oatmeal?
