i have completed a few cycles with great results always in the past(3-5years ago). i have now been off a training program for about 1.5 years and have gained a few pounds and the built look and feel i once had. I am starting to train again and dont now what to take to achieve my goals being i always was after mostly size and now am looking more to get more ripped, lean and stonger. i was thinking of following a cycle a friend just finished who started with about my same current physique.
