    Hook of the Hamate removal

    Hey guys. Just curious if anyone has had their hook of the hamate removed. Just wondering on how long it took for you to get back to your sport(s), and/or back to lifting strong again. Thanks!

    i wouldnt think it would be a very long recovery, a few wks at best.
