Its all a question of your total mass!!

If you weighed in at 300lbs and 50%BF and you dropped to 49%BF you'd have lost 3lb of fat!!

You are 222lbs and 15%BF, so to drop to 14%BF you'd have to lose 2lbs of fat!!

If you're trying to calculate a 1% drop in BF, the weight of fat needed to be lost will always be 1% of your total weight!!

Lose 1lb if you weigh 100lbs
Lose 2lb if you weigh 200lbs
Lose 3lb if you weigh 300lbs

    How would 1% be 6lbs?

A 200lb male for example at 10% BF would need to lose 2lbs to drop 1%BF approx. correct?

This is what I was taught, its a rough calculator for people who train!!

    The formula is.....

    InitialWeight x 0.99^PercentLoss = FinalWeight

    From that.....

    InitialWeight - FinalWeight = WeightLoss

This is the closest you'd wanna work it out!!

(Gonna check my working in a lil while though coz I've got a headache!! lol)
